The U1 architecture reportedly delivers about a 5x improvement in printing efficiency and reduces filament waste by around 80% compared with traditional single-nozzle solutions. The U1 raised $20.61 million on Kickstarter from over 20,000 backers and the company has since shipped over 100,000 units. Snapmaker says the U1 drove a 10x year-over-year revenue increase.
