Reesio provides a web-based transaction management platform that digitizes real-estate paperwork and workflows for brokers, agents, and transaction coordinators, with DocuSign integration, workflow templates, social features, and unlimited file storage. The company launched in April and found that by processing transactions on its platform it accumulates real-time listing and property data that it says is more current and accurate than large portals. Reesio has signed up 1,700 real estate agents to date and initially sold the product via a subscription (around $15–$20 per agent per month). With the new funding it plans to make the core product free for agents, introduce premium features (including making, accepting, and declining offers, scheduling showings, and revamped documents/compliance), and offer paid buyer-lead subscriptions priced at $99–$399/month. Longer-term monetization includes an advertising component that surfaces third-party vendors (staging, inspections, insurance) in workflow tasks. The company will use the funding to hire an iOS engineer, add two staffers to its team, and spend on marketing to scale to 25,000–50,000 agents over the next 18 months.
