Regemat 3D develops configurable, modular 3D bioprinting platforms (compatible with FFF, IPF and IVF printheads) and a portfolio that includes software, a bioreactor, materials, accessories and its BIO V1 and REG4LIFE printers. The systems are positioned for disease modeling, drug testing and organ-on-a-chip applications and the company says it has sold printers to more than a hundred research institutions. Founded in 2015 in Spain, Regemat has pursued collaborations (for example with Biogelx) to advance tissue models and regenerative-medicine use cases. It aims to continue R&D to enable personalized, functional tissues for treating patients and accelerating therapeutic research. Financially, the company recently completed an equity crowdfunding round that raised €515,572 and sold 2.78% of its equity at a €16.95 share price; proceeds will fund sales and marketing expansion and further product R&D.
