Renaissant is a Milwaukee-based IT company that develops Dock|C2, a loading-dock intelligence and logistics management platform. Dock|C2 organizes warehouse and transportation management system data in one place, visualizing operations and optimizing shipping and receiving schedules using machine learning that incorporates weather, traffic patterns, and other variables. The platform is used to improve loading operations and support regions with demand for Indirect Source Rule compliance solutions. The company plans to use the new funding to accelerate platform development, expand customer success, and strengthen sales and marketing. CEO Tom Dean said the investment reflects the company’s progress and the market opportunity. Last year Renaissant completed a $1.5 million seed round.
