Retain says thousands of users at more than a dozen Fortune 500 customers — including Google, Nielsen, and Salesforce — use its software. The company has about 20 employees, reports ARR up eightfold over the past 12 months, and client growth averaging a 36x uptick. Retain plans to use new funding to support growth and more than double its workforce by the end of 2021.
