Overview
Reverb Therapeutics uses its Amplify•R™ platform, which combines bispecific antibody engineering with data-driven modeling, to modulate endogenous cytokines and redirect them to specific tissues. The platform is designed to avoid systemic toxicity, immunogenicity, and manufacturing issues that have limited prior cytokine therapies. Reverb’s initial focus areas are cancer and autoimmune diseases, and in vivo preclinical studies have shown proof-of-concept for tumor shrinkage and cytokine redirection. Its lead program, AMP01, blocks PD-1 while delivering endogenous IL-15 to expand and activate cytotoxic T cells. With the recently closed financing, the company plans to advance the IL-15 bispecific to candidate stage and to develop additional bispecific programs across other cytokines and cellular targets. Elements of the Amplify•R™ antibodies are reusable, enabling rapid scaling of the pipeline across multiple disease areas.
