Reverb Therapeutics uses its Amplify•R™ platform, which combines bispecific antibody engineering with data-driven modeling, to modulate endogenous cytokines and redirect them to specific tissues. The platform is designed to avoid systemic toxicity, immunogenicity, and manufacturing issues that have limited prior cytokine therapies. Reverb’s initial focus areas are cancer and autoimmune diseases, and in vivo preclinical studies have shown proof-of-concept for tumor shrinkage and cytokine redirection.
