Revere is an invite-only, online marketplace and capital markets network for commercial real estate professionals, enabling brokers, owners, lenders, and investors to buy, sell, and finance properties. The platform lets equity, debt, and investment sales teams manage the entire capital-markets workflow from sourcing to close on a single interface, charging a flat monthly fee and taking no transaction commissions. Users build individual profiles, search first-party capital markets data on people, companies, and transactions, and automate deal marketing, feedback aggregation, and matchmaking through workflow automation. Launched in May 2021, Revere has onboarded 500+ companies and reports about $1.0 billion of transactions slated for the first half of 2022. The company highlights a best-in-class engineering team (including four ex-Googlers) and plans to continue growing its engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams.
