Revo Foods develops and manufactures structured fish and meat alternatives using a patented, software-driven 3D extrusion process that converts plant protein fibers on a mycoprotein basis into textured products. Revo Foods opened THE TASTE FACTORY in Vienna after a June 2024 funding round and scaled production capacity from 25,000 to 60,000 units per month following an August 2025 raise. Revenue grew by 110% year-over-year from 2024 to 2025, and management estimates the profitability threshold at roughly 150,000 units sold per month (about €300,000 monthly revenue). The company plans to use the current crowdinvesting proceeds to build the next-generation 3D printers and to establish a B2B licensing and industrial systems sales channel starting autumn 2026.
