Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße 7, Bensheim-Auerbach, Bayern, 64625, Germany
Overview
FunderNation is Germany’s first crowdinvesting platform managed by an experienced Venture Capital team. Fund raising with us gives you access to our managerial expertise, fund raising capabilities and a vast investor network built over 18 years in the business. Our specially tailored financial instruments enhance the traditional crowdfunding model, giving access to capital to a wide range of businesses, from startups to innovative SMEs – you decide what you need and work with us towards achieving your goals and growing your business. FunderNation is though not yet another investment platform. We understand that businesses would appreciate feedback and fresh perspectives on their ideas. Before you fundraise we give you access to FunderWorld – our crowd-intelligence service, where you can receive feedback from our network, share the challenges you face and ask your potential customers for opinions. After the campaign you are not alone either: if you opt in for our premium services in finance and management, we will engage with you closely and help you improve your reporting, cost structure, efficiency and processes.

- Revo Foods
Led · Equity · Aug 2025
Revo Foods develops and manufactures structured fish and meat alternatives using a patented, software-driven 3D extrusion process that converts plant protein fibers on a mycoprotein basis into textured products. The company is headquartered in Vienna and has sold more than one million units through retailers including REWE, EDEKA, BILLA, SPAR and Tegut across over 1,000 outlets in Europe. Revo Foods opened THE TASTE FACTORY in Vienna after a June 2024 funding round and scaled production capacity from 25,000 to 60,000 units per month following an August 2025 raise. Revenue grew by 110% year-over-year from 2024 to 2025, and management estimates the profitability threshold at roughly 150,000 units sold per month (about €300,000 monthly revenue). The company plans to use the current crowdinvesting proceeds to build the next-generation 3D printers and to establish a B2B licensing and industrial systems sales channel starting autumn 2026.
