Revonte develops the Revonte ONE, a connected e-bike drive system that combines automatic stepless transmission with software customizability and third‑party service APIs. The system targets bike manufacturers who want to retain brand identity while offering connected features. Revonte plans to take the drive system to mass production in 2020 with a few selected customers and then ramp production so e-bikes arrive in stores in 2021. The company highlights software-enabled features such as integrated theft protection, automatic ride tracking, remote diagnostics and a mobile app for end‑user customization. With the new funding Revonte intends to prepare for mass production and "aggressively grow its team." Founded in 2018, the company has also received support from Business Finland.
