    Sono develops real-time, speech-driven AI agents that automate routine customer service and sales interactions such as booking appointments, answering FAQs, routing calls and running satisfaction surveys. The company is active especially in automotive customer service and has expanded its solution to real estate/property management and pure sales tasks. Founded in 2025 and based in Helsinki, Sono reports growing usage—expecting over 30,000 handled calls for 15 customers by June 2026 and monthly call volumes increasing ~50%. It has opened an office in Stockholm as part of a planned expansion into Sweden and other European markets. The company plans to use its new capital to scale go-to-market efforts and empower thousands more professionals to launch impactful AI solutions. To date, Riff has raised $21 million in venture funding, positioning it well to accelerate platform development and market expansion.
