- Sitegeist
Led · Seed · Feb 2026
Sitegeist is a Munich-based construction-robotics startup creating modular automated robots that work directly on existing structures, eliminating the need for pre-existing 3D models or standardised site conditions. Equipped with advanced sensing, AI-driven decision support, and adaptive control, the robots precisely remove deteriorated concrete in unstructured environments such as bridges, tunnels, and parking facilities. By targeting labour-intensive, capacity-constrained renovation work, Sitegeist aims to alleviate Europe’s massive infrastructure repair backlog and reduce project costs and safety risks for contractors. The company collaborates closely with concrete-renovation firms to validate its technology on active job sites and is building a platform intended to span the broader renovation value chain over time. Proceeds from its latest funding will be used to expand the team, bring additional talent on board, and accelerate on-site deployments. Future plans include partnering with more test sites and co-development partners to further refine and scale its robotic systems.
- Arbio
Participated · Series A · Oct 2025
Arbio develops an AI-first platform that automates distribution, dynamic pricing, accounting, operations and guest communications for vacation-rental owners. Its machine-learning pricing engine ingests market and demand data to optimise rates, while large language models orchestrate 24/7 communication between guests, owners and service providers. Operating as both software builder and property manager, Arbio already manages more than 1,000 units across Germany, Austria and the UK, has executed 30+ strategic acquisitions and posted 10× revenue growth in the past two years. The firm insists on commercial-licence properties, positioning itself as a hotel alternative rather than a driver of residential gentrification. Management believes 90–95 % of traditional property-management tasks can ultimately be automated, enabling small teams to oversee tens of thousands of units. Fresh capital will fund accelerated European expansion, additional roll-ups and deeper AI development. Including the new Series A, Arbio has raised over $45 million across equity and venture-debt financings.
- Embeddable
Led · Seed · Dec 2024
Embeddable builds a developer toolkit that enables teams to create interactive, customized, customer-facing data analytics dashboards without coding. The product uses a library of user-contributed templates, inspired by community-driven approaches like Notion and Airbyte, and focuses on helping companies scale existing analytics rather than starting from zero. Co-founders Tom Gardiner and Harry Marshall say the company provides tooling to speed dashboard development while leaving presentation and design to customers, likening the approach to game engines like Unity and Unreal. Embeddable Developer is in private beta (opened December 2023) and is handpicking customers: more than 800 companies applied and the startup has accepted fewer than 100. The London-based company is signing more than $100,000 in new revenue each month and plans to use new funding to hire, build more templates, and pursue growth strategies. Embeddable aims to open general signup by the end of next year and to roll out greater end-customer self-serve customization in Q1.
