Rezuro operates an online platform focused on renting individual rooms for mid-term stays (1–6 months) with features such as tenant verification, no-deposit (one-time administration fee), rent-now-pay-later, digital lease signing and automated 24-hour rent collection. The startup has connected over 200 tenants to landlords in its first four months and reports roughly 10% month-over-month growth since launch in November 2020. At the beginning of March 2021 Rezuro listed close to 90 rooms in Warsaw (now close to 100, with only three available) and about 30 listings in Kraków, most of which are rented out. Rezuro says 75% of reservations have been extended for three months or longer, and its pricing charges a one-time fee equivalent to a week’s rent only after the tenant renews for a second week. The company cross-promotes listings on OLX and Gumtree and encourages walkthrough videos and floor plans to increase conversion. Rezuro aims to rent 9,000 rooms in Poland in 2021 (about 9% of the private-room market) and plans to scale to other Polish cities and expand abroad into CEE and beyond.
