Founded in 2022 and co‑founded by Niels Rot, Ivan Jovanovic, and Ella Stadler‑Stuart, Rflect offers a web app that acts as a personal-development companion integrated into students' curricula. The platform delivers regular prompts for self-reflection and supports peer coaching and insight-to-action challenges co‑developed with partner institutions. Over 12 universities have already integrated the solution as a systemic intervention for student personal development. Rflect aligns its work with the Inner Development Goals framework to help students gain skills aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The startup closed a CHF 550,000 pre-seed funding round to provide financial stability for product development. The team plans to use the funds to further develop the product with pilot partners, grow sales, and run evidence studies to prove effectiveness.
