Rhea operates an integrated reproductive health ecosystem that combines a global clinic network (GenPrime), a technology platform (Rhea Labs), and wellness partners to provide end-to-end fertility services. The company has integrated Embryonics’ AI-driven IVF diagnostic tools and holds exclusive regional distribution and development rights with medical partners. Rhea Labs is developing RheaX, a global gamete exchange, in partnership with Baylor College of Medicine, while the broader platform includes partners such as Moom Health, Elix Healing and Madam Partum. The startup was incubated by Recharge Capital; Lorin Gu founded Rhea and Margaret Wang serves as CEO. Rhea now has more than 380 staff across 12 markets and has expanded via acquisitions, including Embryonics and a medical tourism company focused on outbound demand from China. With the new capital, the company plans to acquire more clinics in 2024, broaden services into new markets, and grow its team to establish standardized, high-quality fertility care.
