Overview
Rocketium provides a platform that automates creation, project management and analytics for large-scale marketing campaigns, enabling teams to produce tens of thousands of creative assets per month. Its analytics deconstructs designs into elements and surfaces rules-driven recommendations (e.g., copy case, white space, product count) to improve clickthroughs. Rocketium has added project management and discussion features so teams can run the full design lifecycle in one product, and it competes with larger incumbents such as Adobe. The company has invested in generative AI, first building client-specific models and then a general-purpose model that can be trained on a company’s past creatives, brand rules and performance. Clients include McDonald’s, Amazon and Tokopedia, and one customer produced 100,000 pieces of content per month during a peak sale. Enterprise revenue grew from $1M to $2M year-over-year and the company has a team of 65 employees. Rocketium builds a creative automation platform that combines human creativity with AI-powered automation to accelerate design and marketing operations. Its tools enable rapid, high-volume production for display advertising, push, and in-app engagement, used to launch campaigns at speed and scale. The startup says it works with companies in 14 countries and customers such as BigBasket, Cure.fit, Meesho, and Urban Company. Rocketium reports it can increase design productivity by up to 90 percent, and close to 300 million internet users see and engage with visuals made on the platform. The company plans to use the new funding to expand into the US and continue product development. Rocketium was founded in 2015 by Satej Sirur and Anurag Dwivedi. Rocketium offers web-based software that enables users to create professional-quality videos. The company says its product is used by 62,000 media, commerce and nonprofit organisations across 85 countries. Rocketium was founded by former TaxiForSure employees Satej Sirur and Anurag Dwivedi; Sirur is the CEO and Dwivedi the chief business officer. The firm plans to expand its global footprint by hiring sales and marketing executives and building a machine-intelligence team to automate video creation. Financially, Rocketium reported revenue of Rs 1.5 crore for the year through March 2018 and expects to reach Rs 6 crore in the current fiscal year. The company will use the new funding to complement organic growth and accelerate customer acquisition.
