Rydes is a corporate mobility platform that enables companies to set up and manage their employees’ entire mobility budget via an app. The system provides access to ride hailing, mobility sharing providers, public transport, bike leasing, car subscriptions, and fuel and charge cards, allowing employees to use a monthly budget flexibly instead of paying upfront and submitting expenses. Rydes offers fully automated integration with corporate HR, payroll, and tax systems. It also automatically offsets companies’ resulting carbon footprint via certified climate protection projects. The company said it will use the €3.5m seed funding to further develop its mobility platform and expand into international markets outside Germany. Rydes is led by CEO René Braun and is based in Berlin, Germany.
