  • Two Boxes

    Led · Equity · Apr 2026

Two Boxes offers an AI-driven returns processing platform that uses image classification, anomaly detection, and fraud identification to modernize reverse logistics for retailers, direct-to-consumer brands, and logistics providers. The platform enables faster inventory recovery, reduced fraud-related losses, and improved operational efficiency, and currently processes nearly $1 billion in returned inventory value annually across three continents. Two Boxes has shown rapid 2025 growth, onboarding about two third-party logistics providers per month and one new merchant per day, and serves enterprise clients including Stord, Cart.com, and Radial. The company positions itself as foundational returns infrastructure amid rising returns volumes and returns-related fraud in e-commerce. With the new capital, Two Boxes plans to accelerate product development, expand enterprise adoption, and grow its presence beyond North America. No revenue or valuation figures were disclosed in the articles.

  • Digit

    Participated · Equity · Mar 2026

Digit, headquartered in Atlanta and led by CEO Dan Koukol, provides an AI-native operating system designed for manufacturing and distribution businesses. The platform embeds artificial intelligence to help operators identify revenue opportunities, improve margins, and increase throughput across operations. Digit positions itself as an alternative to legacy ERP systems and is supporting a growing number of manufacturers transitioning away from those systems. The company plans to use the new funding to expand engineering and product development, accelerate platform capabilities, and scale go-to-market efforts. Digit has raised a total of $6.3M to date following the $3.0M financing announced in March 2026. No revenue, user, or valuation figures were disclosed in the article.

  • Apeiron Labs

    Participated · Series A · Feb 2026

Founded in 2022 by former In-Q-Tel CTO Ravi Pappu, Apeiron Labs develops three-foot-long, 20-pound autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) capable of cycling 400 m up and down the water column once or twice per day to sample temperature, salinity and acoustics. Each AUV links to a cloud-based operating system that predicts resurfacing points, uploads sensor readings and refines ocean models on every dive. The cylinders can be launched from boats, airplanes and existing U.S. Navy launchers, allowing rapid, low-cost deployment in lines or arrays spaced 10–20 km apart for high-resolution coverage. Apeiron sells the data and hardware to both civilian markets such as fisheries, offshore wind developers and meteorologists, and to defense customers interested in persistent maritime monitoring. Pappu says the system already reduces the cost of ocean data collection by 100-fold and aims to achieve a 1,000-fold reduction next year. The company positions itself as a “CubeSat for the ocean,” envisioning fleets of dozens or hundreds of units providing continuous sensing. To date, Apeiron Labs has secured $29 million in venture financing, most recently closing a $9.5 million Series A round to scale manufacturing and sales of its AUVs.

  • ABZ Innovation

    Participated · Equity · Jan 2026

ABZ Innovation is a Hungary-based manufacturer of heavy-duty action drones built for agricultural spraying and spreading as well as industrial cleaning and other specialized jobs. Its systems combine robust, high-payload hardware with a full-stack European autonomy platform, offering customers a supply-chain-secure and data-sovereign alternative to leading Chinese suppliers. The drones are already operating in more than 25 countries, with notable traction in the United States. By enabling precision application of crop-protection products and fertilizers, the agricultural models reduce chemical and water usage and help address labor shortages in high-value crops. Industrial variants remove workers from hazardous environments such as high-altitude or contaminated surfaces, improving safety and cutting downtime. The company positions itself as Europe’s chief challenger in the heavy-duty drone segment, pairing competitive pricing with strong partner support. Proceeds from its latest financing will scale production, accelerate R&D, and expand its distributor network, underscoring its push to make advanced drone automation widely accessible.

  • Evitado Technologies

    Participated · Equity · Aug 2025

Founded in 2022, Alltheway has developed what it calls the first operating system dedicated to baggage logistics, allowing passengers’ luggage to be checked in and tracked from city centers through every transit point to final delivery in the destination city. The platform links airlines, airports, hotels, rail operators, and event venues through a shared API ecosystem, creating a more fluid and secure baggage journey that can reduce time spent in airports to mere minutes. The company already moves more than 1,200 bags per day and collaborates with high-profile partners such as Accor, Air France, RATP, Groupe ADP, Disneyland Paris, ViParis, and SNCF. With fresh funding, Alltheway plans to bolster its technology stack, expand its API suite, and accelerate international rollout—specifically eyeing the United States and establishing Morocco as a hub for wider African expansion. Management envisions the product becoming the standard operating system for luggage in the era of AI-enabled travel. Although revenue figures were not disclosed, the startup has twice attracted strategic investors from the travel and infrastructure sectors, underscoring strong commercial validation. The company expects the new capital to deepen integrations across mobility, hospitality, and event segments while scaling daily bag volume and geographic reach.
