SNF472 is being developed for two indications: cardiovascular disease in hemodialysis patients and calciphylaxis. The drug has completed phase 1 studies in healthy volunteers and is planned to enter a phase 1b/2a clinical trial at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona in dialysis patients.
