Scloby is a Turin, Italy-based provider of online and mobile solutions that let merchants manage their business and issue receipts and invoices from tablets, smartphones, or computers. Its platform enables merchants to receive payments by credit and debit cards or smartphone and supports selected card readers (POS) as well as payment services through QR code, NFC and the Internet. Led by founder and CEO Francesco Medda, the company is incubated within I3P. Scloby raised €250K in seed funding from Club Italia Investimenti 2. The company intends to use the funds to expand its commercialization efforts on a larger scale.
