Founded in 2018, SearchSmartly is a London-based smart match-making property search platform that uses data science and AI to deliver hyper-personalised property searches. Its technology matches users to homes based on priorities like commute, education, green space and budget, and it reduces time spent searching while generating leads that convert up to five times better for estate agents. Currently operating in London and the Home Counties, SearchSmartly intends to expand to all major urban centres in the UK over the next 18 months. The platform lists more than 100,000 properties from partner estate agents and Build-to-Rent operators, including Hamptons, John D Wood & co and JLL. To date the company has facilitated thousands of property viewings, seen 100 people complete their move, and put £3 million into the pockets of landlords and vendors. SearchSmartly also provides air quality ratings on listings and plans to further develop its AI matchmaking capabilities.
