Sematic
Teknikringen 1A, Linköping, Östergötlands län, 58330, Sweden
Overview
Sematic provides an open-source continuous machine learning platform and a lightweight ML and data-science pipeline development and execution framework. Engineers can use native Python to develop and run end-to-end pipelines that track and version models, datasets, plots, metrics, code and other artifacts, and visualize them via a comprehensive user interface. The platform is designed to enable companies to develop automated ML training pipelines in days and let teams focus on training models rather than maintaining infrastructure. Sematic was founded by Emmanuel Turlay, a founding member of Cruise’s ML Infrastructure team. The company intends to use the $3M in seed funding to accelerate hiring, launch a hosted cloud offering, and attract more developers to its platform. Since its launch in August 2022, Sematic has closed commercial customers such as Voxel and gained significant adoption from the open-source community.
