Sequotech is an IT group headquartered in the Jura region that offers specialized IT services and has pursued a buy-and-build strategy. Since Verium’s entry in 2020 the group has grown substantially and now reports more than CHF 85 million in revenue. Management and investors have moved the company into a Continuation Vehicle to support the next phase of development. Planned initiatives include further acquisitions, investment in organic growth, and strengthening group-wide competencies. The group is prioritizing expansion of its SME segment and scaling specialized services for large corporate clients. A new CEO was announced in November 2025 as part of the leadership transition accompanying this growth phase.
