Overview
Verium is a Zurich-based, management-owned multi-family office providing a wide range of services to entrepreneurial families with the objective to secure and grow the family assets over the long term. Our consulting approach is based on the periodically changing needs of our clients. The underlying legal and tax aspects, including applicable cross-border regulations, may be just as relevant as the client’s liquidity requirements or a long-range plan to grow the family’s wealth by selectively adding alternative investment instruments or direct equity investments in privately held businesses. We leave it up to our clients to decide which of Verium’s services they wish to use. Verium is a member of the Swiss Association of Asset Managers (SAAM).

Sequotech is an IT group headquartered in the Jura region that offers specialized IT services and has pursued a buy-and-build strategy. Since Verium’s entry in 2020 the group has grown substantially and now reports more than CHF 85 million in revenue. Management and investors have moved the company into a Continuation Vehicle to support the next phase of development. Planned initiatives include further acquisitions, investment in organic growth, and strengthening group-wide competencies. The group is prioritizing expansion of its SME segment and scaling specialized services for large corporate clients. A new CEO was announced in November 2025 as part of the leadership transition accompanying this growth phase.
