During the COVID-19 pandemic its cloud software enabled essential service providers to work in a safe, distanced manner to maintain critical facility infrastructure. ServiceTrade provides commercial field service management software with mobile and web applications that enable online engagement throughout the service cycle. Its platform targets fire protection, mechanical, and electrical commercial service contractors and is used by more than 500 commercial service contractors. The software helps contractors streamline operations, increase revenue, and improve customer experience. With backing from Frontier Growth, ServiceTrade plans to grow its presence in the commercial service sector and accelerate technology innovation for the contracting market. Company leadership says the platform addresses operational problems that impede revenue and profitability for clients. The financial terms of the new partnership were not disclosed.
