Shifra builds AI platforms that enable organizations to run independent virtual teams handling customer service, sales, project management and enterprise operations. The company reports that its solutions helped enterprises and government entities save over 2 million working hours per month during 2025. Founded in 2023 by Al-Harith Al-Attawi and Alfred Manasseh, Shifra recently raised more than $10 million from investors including Saudi Telecom Co. (stc), Omantel and undisclosed international technology investors. Following the funding, Shifra opened a regional headquarters in Azerbaijan to begin operations in the Caspian region as part of its regional expansion. The firm positions Azerbaijan as a strategic hub for growth into Caspian markets given local digital transformation and operating conditions conducive to deploying its AI systems.
