(stc), Omantel and undisclosed international technology investors. Following the funding, Shifra opened a regional headquarters in Azerbaijan to begin operations in the Caspian region as part of its regional expansion. The firm positions Azerbaijan as a strategic hub for growth into Caspian markets given local digital transformation and operating conditions conducive to deploying its AI systems.
