    Led · Seed · Jul 2026

Think develops a unified AI infrastructure platform that pairs high-density, liquid-cooled multi-GPU hardware with proprietary bare-metal orchestration software (ILM) to improve GPU utilisation and reduce deployment costs. In production benchmark testing the platform achieved sustained GPU utilisation of more than 90% and a per-million-token cost reportedly almost 10x lower than using frontier models from major cloud providers. The company is already engaged in multiple proofs of concept, production deployments, and strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia. Think plans to scale manufacturing, expand its team, and grow commercially across the GCC and selected global markets, and to develop ILM into a standalone software product. The company was founded by Ahmed AlSharif and Ammar Enaya and is based in Riyadh.

The company reports that Carbosoil can boost plant growth and yields by up to 70% using the same water and nutrient inputs. Terraxy has advanced through MEWA’s Regulatory Sandbox and benefited from support by KAUST’s National Transformation Institute during its lab-to-pilot progression. The startup plans to scale from pilot to industrial production and build a 30,000-square-metre commercial facility in Al Zulfi. Financially, Terraxy raised $3 million in a Seed-2 round led by Waed Ventures with participation from KAUST. Its positioning targets both land restoration and carbon management opportunities within Saudi Arabia’s broader environmental and economic initiatives.

  • Stake

    Participated · Series B · Feb 2026

Founded in 2021, Stake operates an online marketplace where users from more than 211 nationalities can buy fractional stakes in individual properties or professionally managed real-estate funds. The platform, which now counts over 2 million registered users across 181 countries, lowers the entry barrier to property investing to as little as AED 500. Stake has already expanded beyond the UAE, becoming the first CMA-regulated investment platform to open Saudi Arabia’s property market to global investors, where it has closed three funds that attracted 6,930 investors and deployed SAR 416 million. In October 2025 the company entered the U.S. industrial real-estate market, and it also rolled out StakeOne, a product that digitises full property ownership and post-sale asset management in partnership with top Dubai developers. Looking ahead, Stake plans to scale its cross-border investment model, deepen its presence in Saudi Arabia, and pursue regulated tokenisation of properties with Property Finder, having secured in-principle approval from Dubai’s VARA. To fund these initiatives, the company has raised $58 million to date, including the recent Series B round.

  • Rewaa
