    Spare offers a unified API platform that enables businesses to connect to banks and financial institutions for account data access, identity verification, risk assessment, and account-to-account payments. Founded in 2019 by Dalal Alrayes and Sourabh Shah and based in Riyadh, the company connects to more than 35 financial institutions across the region. Spare raised $5 million in a pre-Series A round to scale its open banking infrastructure, expand API integrations, and accelerate product development. It plans to deploy the funds to expand operations across the GCC and broaden its commercial integrations. The recent financing was led by anb Seed Fund with participation from Vision Ventures, SEEDRA Ventures, 500 Global, Boubyan Ventures, and MEVP, strengthening its balance sheet for regional growth.

    Founded in 2021, Stake operates an online marketplace where users from more than 211 nationalities can buy fractional stakes in individual properties or professionally managed real-estate funds. The platform, which now counts over 2 million registered users across 181 countries, lowers the entry barrier to property investing to as little as AED 500. Stake has already expanded beyond the UAE, becoming the first CMA-regulated investment platform to open Saudi Arabia’s property market to global investors, where it has closed three funds that attracted 6,930 investors and deployed SAR 416 million. In October 2025 the company entered the U.S. industrial real-estate market, and it also rolled out StakeOne, a product that digitises full property ownership and post-sale asset management in partnership with top Dubai developers. Looking ahead, Stake plans to scale its cross-border investment model, deepen its presence in Saudi Arabia, and pursue regulated tokenisation of properties with Property Finder, having secured in-principle approval from Dubai’s VARA. To fund these initiatives, the company has raised $58 million to date, including the recent Series B round.

The company specializes in structuring Sukuk to finance land purchases and project development, giving developers access to alternative capital while opening real-estate investment opportunities to a broader investor base. Over its first 18 months, Safqah has financed more than 70 development projects with an aggregate value exceeding $800 million across Saudi Arabia. Its platform combines fintech and proptech capabilities and plans to integrate advanced AI-driven risk assessment and underwriting tools. The firm intends to expand its financing capacity and further scale its technology infrastructure with the newly raised capital. Safqah’s model targets the growing demand for transparent, Sharia-compliant real-estate financing solutions in the GCC. The company is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
