    Think develops a unified AI infrastructure platform that pairs high-density, liquid-cooled multi-GPU hardware with proprietary bare-metal orchestration software (ILM) to improve GPU utilisation and reduce deployment costs. In production benchmark testing the platform achieved sustained GPU utilisation of more than 90% and a per-million-token cost reportedly almost 10x lower than using frontier models from major cloud providers. The company is already engaged in multiple proofs of concept, production deployments, and strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia. Think plans to scale manufacturing, expand its team, and grow commercially across the GCC and selected global markets, and to develop ILM into a standalone software product. The company was founded by Ahmed AlSharif and Ammar Enaya and is based in Riyadh.

Built by operators with experience at NPCI, FIS, Barclays, Santander, and Azentio, the platform is positioned as a modern system of record to enable institutions to adopt AI and launch products faster. In the six months prior to the announcement, more than $5 billion was transacted on Stitch’s platform. The company reported customer numbers grew 10x in 2025 and revenue grew 20x in the same period. Stitch currently serves customers across the GCC, Africa (including Egypt and Kenya), and Southeast Asia, with named customers including Raya Financing, LuLu Exchange, Noqodi, and Foodics. The company plans to continue expanding with the goal of servicing financial institutions worldwide.

With the announced $15 million Series A, the company aims to consolidate pre- and post-signature contract processes into a single enterprise-grade system of record. The product roadmap also includes strengthening the certificate infrastructure that enables legally binding digital signatures.
