Founded in 2024 by Mohammed Almarshidi and Arif Alotaibi, Rime delivers an end-to-end Physical AI platform that connects onsite cameras and sensors to autonomous AI agents. The platform processes data and makes decisions on-site via edge computing and AIoT, enabling instant actions and responses without reliance on remote data centers. Rime reports it currently connects over 6,000 cameras across 2,000 operational sites for major retail and service chains in the GCC, positioning it as a rapidly growing Physical AI provider in the region. The company says its solution improves operational efficiency, enforces compliance, and reduces operational waste and unaccounted losses. With the newly raised Seed capital of more than $2 million, Rime plans to consolidate its Saudi footprint and accelerate product development and deployment capabilities. Prior to this round, Rime completed a Pre-Seed round also led by SEEDRA Ventures.

Founded in 2019 by Dalal Alrayes and Sourabh Shah and based in Riyadh, the company connects to more than 35 financial institutions across the region. Spare raised $5 million in a pre-Series A round to scale its open banking infrastructure, expand API integrations, and accelerate product development. It plans to deploy the funds to expand operations across the GCC and broaden its commercial integrations. The recent financing was led by anb Seed Fund with participation from Vision Ventures, SEEDRA Ventures, 500 Global, Boubyan Ventures, and MEVP, strengthening its balance sheet for regional growth.

Madeed completed a pilot that attracted 150 subscribers, which the team cites as evidence of demand ahead of a wider launch. The startup raised a total of $925,000 in pre-seed funding from a mix of venture investors and Saudi angels. Proceeds are earmarked for product development and expansion of clinical and lab partnerships, beginning in Saudi Arabia. The company positions itself as the first platform of its kind in the Middle East focused on personalised preventative healthcare and longevity.

With the announced $15 million Series A, the company aims to consolidate pre- and post-signature contract processes into a single enterprise-grade system of record.
