The platform, which now counts over 2 million registered users across 181 countries, lowers the entry barrier to property investing to as little as AED 500. Stake has already expanded beyond the UAE, becoming the first CMA-regulated investment platform to open Saudi Arabia’s property market to global investors, where it has closed three funds that attracted 6,930 investors and deployed SAR 416 million. In October 2025 the company entered the U.S. industrial real-estate market, and it also rolled out StakeOne, a product that digitises full property ownership and post-sale asset management in partnership with top Dubai developers. Looking ahead, Stake plans to scale its cross-border investment model, deepen its presence in Saudi Arabia, and pursue regulated tokenisation of properties with Property Finder, having secured in-principle approval from Dubai’s VARA. To fund these initiatives, the company has raised $58 million to date, including the recent Series B round.
