SimpleRegistry is a Cincinnati, Ohio–based online service that lets consumers create a single gift registry pulling items from several retailers. The company was co-founded in late 2010 by Tony Alexander, Brandon Warner and Chris Kolik. SimpleRegistry has closed a seed funding round; among others, CincyTech injected $150k. The company intends to use the capital to continue developing its offering and to expand public relations, advertising and marketing efforts.
