Simpleshow is a professional explainer video production company founded in 2008, led by CEO Karsten Boehrs and Chairman Morten Søndergaard. It produces professional explainer videos and released the DIY online video creator mysimpleshow.com, which automatically creates video content from text input. The company has more than 150 employees across Luxembourg, Berlin, Stuttgart, London, Zurich, Miami, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo. Simpleshow provides eLearning and communication resources primarily to large corporates, and also serves other business and education customers. It has raised more than US$15m in a funding round from Luxembourg-based investor BIP Fund SCA (Sicar). The new funding is intended to promote international growth, further development of mysimpleshow.com and the ongoing digitalization of the company, and BIP will place Katrin Wehr-Seiter and Natalia Sutugina on Simpleshow’s board.
