SimSKills offers a subscription platform that delivers 100% practical, interactive role-play exercises which increase in difficulty and are supported by gamification and a rewards system. Simulations are created by coaching and role-play experts and enhanced with AI to provide real-time feedback based on verbal and body-language cues. Exercises can be one-to-one with an avatar or paired randomly with a colleague to transfer knowledge across locations and remote teams. The company positions itself between ineffective, low-engagement online courses and costly in-person coaching, aiming to democratize soft-skills training with a cost-effective solution. SimSKills has an international founding team (co-founders Ana Paredes, Santiago Oddone, and Dekel Abelson) and has closed its first financing round of €100,000. The seed funding will be primarily used to build a Beta 1.0 that will be tested with 12 companies under letters of intent, including Naturgy.
