Founded in 2021, Slash Intérim has built a technology-enabled network of 100 independent recruiters who place temporary workers, adopting a mandate system similar to that used by property agents. Uniquely, 80 % of these recruiters come from outside the staffing or HR industry, which the company pitches as a form of “social innovation.” The La Roche-sur-Yon–based startup supplies the digital tools, compliance framework and client portfolio so anyone can source, vet and place interim talent. Management’s five-year goal is to multiply the network ten-fold, reaching roughly 1,000 independent recruiters. To finance this expansion, the company has just secured €6 million in new funding, supplementing an earlier capital injection made in 2023. While revenue figures were not disclosed, the fresh capital underscores strong investor confidence in Slash Intérim’s asset-light, marketplace model and aggressive growth plans.
