  • Slash intérim

    Participated · Equity · Dec 2025

Founded in 2021, Slash Intérim has built a technology-enabled network of 100 independent recruiters who place temporary workers, adopting a mandate system similar to that used by property agents. Uniquely, 80 % of these recruiters come from outside the staffing or HR industry, which the company pitches as a form of “social innovation.” The La Roche-sur-Yon–based startup supplies the digital tools, compliance framework and client portfolio so anyone can source, vet and place interim talent. Management’s five-year goal is to multiply the network ten-fold, reaching roughly 1,000 independent recruiters. To finance this expansion, the company has just secured €6 million in new funding, supplementing an earlier capital injection made in 2023. While revenue figures were not disclosed, the fresh capital underscores strong investor confidence in Slash Intérim’s asset-light, marketplace model and aggressive growth plans.

  • Cycloid

    Led · Series A · Feb 2025

Cycloid builds a platform engineering product that provides a user-friendly self-service portal for interacting with infrastructure and automation. Its platform lets platform teams define service catalogs, roles, and permissions to streamline project deployment and management. Cycloid says its portal can be up and running in just a few weeks, enabling non-experts to access infrastructure and automation without becoming DevOps or cloud specialists. The company positions platform engineering as a way to centralize access to apps, automation, deployment, documentation, cloud, security, FinOps and GreenOps while reducing operational overhead. Cycloid will use the new funding to strengthen its position in Europe and to support expansion into North America. Following the Series A the company has raised a total of €8M, and founder Benjamin Brial framed the product as helping to transform more sustainable long-term use of cloud and DevOps practices.

  • Zest

    Led · Series A · May 2024

Founded in 2016, ZestMeUp offers a SaaS suite that combines employee listening (engagement and pulse surveys), performance management (OKRs, reviews) and leadership tools (alignment, 360 feedback). The product targets field populations and end users with an ergonomic interface and includes predictive analytics based on generative AI. The company reports profitability at group level, serves more than 300 clients and supports over 250,000 daily users across more than sixty countries. Following acquisitions of Bloomin (end of 2023) and Linkky earlier, ZestMeUp plans further external growth to accelerate international expansion. The company intends to expand its software suite with new features and deeper AI integration, and to significantly strengthen its teams to reach about 75 employees by year-end. Management has set targets to double customer references over three years and to triple sales to become the European leader in employee experience and talent management.

  • Phocea DC

    Led · Equity · Jan 2024

Phocea DC is developing a 100% French, eco-responsible data center in Marseille focused on proximity to submarine cables and reduced carbon footprint. The company plans to rehabilitate a 1,700 m² building, reinforce floors for equipment, and be operational by the end of 2024. Initial capacity will offer 1.2 megawatts available, with a possible second tranche of equipment depending on demand. Phocea DC targets compliance with forthcoming European carbon-neutral rules for data centers and aims for a PUE of about 1.2, below the future 1.3 threshold. The site will use energy-efficient cooling technologies, reuse waste heat for the building, and explore immersion cooling and hydrogen-based generators. Target customers include local authorities, companies seeking a sovereign alternative, IT service providers, and French and international operators.

  • Homeland

    Participated · Series A · Mar 2022

Homeland operates a building management company dedicated to office and residential buildings, using an in-house proprietary SaaS platform to automate recurring tasks and deliver real-time reporting to customers. The company says its digital tools can make condominium managers up to 12X more productive than traditional players. Homeland offers transparent, market-competitive rates and an extranet that automatically provides WEG administration information to homeowners' advisory boards. Founded in 2016 by Frederic Remeur and Renaud Lerooy and based in Paris, the company has expanded in France and plans to enter the German and Benelux markets in 2022. Since May 2021 the EIT Digital Accelerator has supported Homeland in launching and coordinating its fundraising and identifying potential investors across Europe. Homeland raised fresh capital to accelerate European expansion, deploy its platform more widely, and boost product development.
