Solafune develops the “Planetary Intelligence OS,” an intelligence platform that integrates satellite data, geospatial information, OSINT and SIGINT through AI. The platform is primarily deployed in defense and intelligence sectors and is also applied to resource management, disaster prevention, agriculture and infrastructure monitoring. Solafune has secured projects with Japan’s Ministry of Defense, the National Police Agency, the Cabinet Office and various local governments, and has collaborated with foreign governments and U.N. agencies in Africa and Southeast Asia. Its satellite data analysis platform is used in over 120 countries and regions worldwide. Following the Series A, the company plans to invest in hiring engineers and product personnel, recruiting security talent, advancing generative AI and multimodal analysis, and upgrading computational and security infrastructure to accelerate international business.
