SonarHome operates an end-to-end residential real estate marketplace offering free valuation and analytical services, a home-value estimator and a map of housing prices on sonarhome.pl. Its core product lines are a cash-offers iBuying business and digital-prime brokerage services that help homeowners find buyers on the open market. The company uses technology to estimate property value, purchase selected properties and immediately pay sellers in cash; it says it was the first to offer iBuying in Poland and has run the service in Warsaw since 2019. SonarHome has gathered and analysed real-estate offers and transactions since 2017 and has participated in over 160 transactions to date. Financially, the company recently completed a €5.6M equity and debt financing. Going forward it plans to further develop automated real-estate valuation technology using AI and machine learning, scale its iBuying and digital brokerage operations, and expand to Budapest, Bucharest, Bratislava and Prague. The company also intends to strengthen its team by hiring automation specialists, BI analysts, developers and real estate industry professionals.
