Sparkli
Churerstrasse 158, 3rd floor, Pfäffikon, SZ, 8808, Switzerland
Overview
Sparkli, founded in 2025 by former Google employees Lax Poojary, Lucie Marchand, and Myn Kang, uses generative AI to create interactive educational experiences for children aged 5–12. Within roughly two minutes of a query, the platform assembles a chaptered learning path mixing audio, video, images, quizzes, games, and choose-your-own-adventure content. Early hires include a PhD in educational science and a teacher to ensure pedagogical soundness and child safety, with banned or sensitive topics handled via emotional-intelligence-focused responses. The company is currently piloting its product with an institute that serves more than 100,000 students and has already tested the app in over 20 schools. A teacher dashboard lets educators assign homework and track progress, while gamified streaks, rewards, and quest cards aim to sustain engagement, taking inspiration from Duolingo. Over the next few months Sparkli will focus on school partnerships worldwide, then plans to open direct consumer access by mid-2026. The startup has secured $5 million in pre-seed capital to accelerate product development and reduce content-generation latency.
