Overview
Stablix Therapeutics develops a first-in-category RESTORED platform that creates heterobifunctional small molecules (RESTORACS) to recruit deubiquitinase enzymes and remove ubiquitin from selected proteins, stabilizing and restoring their function. The approach is intended to enable target-selective modulation of the ubiquitin-proteasome system, potentially addressing diseases caused by insufficient protein levels.
