Streamweaver develops a multi-angle mobile video app for iOS that lets multiple users record, combine clips into a split-screen view, and share via social and messaging channels. The company raised $1.3M in funding to support its growth. Backers include Chris Kelly (former Chief Privacy Officer at Facebook), Mountain Group Capital, INCITE Co‑Investment Fund and Tennessee Community Ventures. In conjunction with the financing, Chris Kelly will join Streamweaver’s board. The company plans to use the capital to expand its development and marketing efforts. Streamweaver was founded by CEO Erik Carlson and is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
