StructShare provides a software platform that automates the entire procurement cycle for trade contractors across field, office, and warehouse. The product enables contractors to control spend and inventory, reduce costs and material waste, and prevent purchasing mistakes. It integrates with customers’ existing project management and accounting systems and includes procurement e-commerce capabilities. The company plans to use the new funding to scale its procurement e-commerce platform for the construction industry. Launched in 2021 by Arik David and Or Lakritz, StructShare has strategic relationships across construction tech, finance, and supply chain. It has grown its customer base 300% year-on-year across 20 states and 15 trades and employs 23 people across Austin and a Tel Aviv R&D center.
