- Quack
Participated · Seed · Sep 2025
Quack has built an operating system that turns customer support from a reactive cost center into a proactive growth engine by integrating AI agents directly into existing CRM workflows. The platform allows CX teams to train the agents topic-by-topic—mirroring how a human rep is onboarded—so the bots can tackle complex, contextual queries at scale. Quality-assurance tools cover both AI and human interactions, continuously improving agent performance and reliability. The company says dozens of global brands such as Artlist, Yotpo, WalkMe and Hologram already rely on its technology. With a global presence in Tel Aviv, San Francisco and New York, Quack intends to funnel new capital into U.S. go-to-market efforts and further product innovation. Founded by Nadav Kemper and Aviram Roisman, Quack positions itself to help companies reduce support costs while boosting customer satisfaction.

The platform is designed to help growers cut water and other input costs while maintaining optimal crop health and production. The company has commercial collaborations with The Toro Company (co-branded Transpira, enabling sales in the U.S. and Mexico) and a three-year validation with Netafim that supports global commercialization. Treetscope is led by CEO Dotan Eshet and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Financially, the company recently closed a $7M Seed round and has secured more than $10M in total investments to date, including grants from the Israel Innovation Authority and the Binational (Bird) Foundation.
