We are less interested in companies whose products and/or services may become a commodity in short order. As a leading venture capital fund, Champel Capital’s responsibility accompanies every investment we make. Alongside our global standards for protecting social and environmental elements, we implement active Impact Investing as part of our asset allocation. It’s all about creating value, both financial and social. We like doing well by doing good, to all: our LPs, our companies and their founders and employees, our own employees, and of course, our partners. Our clients enjoy a wealth of flexibility. Investing in our Champel Capital Impact Deep Tech Fund grants the diversification and professional management of their capital in the Israeli VC space. Alternatively, our clients can opt to invest directly in specific companies through Champel Capital L.P.’s SPVs, with the luxury to pick and choose a precise investment. With this system, our LPs fully maintain their power of decision on every single deal, both in terms of ticket size and whether to add money on each subsequent round.

Treetscope provides a plant-based irrigation management platform that uses in-tree/plant sensors to directly measure real-time sap and water uptake, rather than relying on soil or trunk-only sensors. Its system combines those plant measurements with AI, integrated weather data, satellite imagery and other remote data to generate more accurate irrigation schedules. The platform is designed to help growers cut water and other input costs while maintaining optimal crop health and production. The company has commercial collaborations with The Toro Company (co-branded Transpira, enabling sales in the U.S. and Mexico) and a three-year validation with Netafim that supports global commercialization. Treetscope is led by CEO Dotan Eshet and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Financially, the company recently closed a $7M Seed round and has secured more than $10M in total investments to date, including grants from the Israel Innovation Authority and the Binational (Bird) Foundation.

Led by CEO Omer Bar‑Ilan and COO Eyal Amit, Lynxight targets the $20bn aquatic risk management market. The company raised $6M to accelerate growth, expand operations, and broaden its business reach.

Intelligent Traffic Control (ITC) develops computer vision and AI/machine-learning algorithms that predict traffic patterns and prevent congestion using existing cameras and traffic light infrastructure. The software measures, predicts, and mitigates congestion while enforcing municipal traffic policies such as public-transport, bicycle, and pedestrian prioritization. ITC’s algorithms run on off-the-shelf cameras already installed at numerous intersections to obtain live traffic data, enabling a plug-and-play deployment model. Its scalable technology is being deployed in the United States, Brazil, Australia, Israel, and Europe and manages millions of cars weekly. Current commercial activity includes work with the municipality of Tel Aviv and Netivei Israel, a national road operator. The company intends to use the new funding to accelerate growth and expand development efforts.

Leveraging big data and artificial intelligence, Clarifruit aims to add consistency, accuracy and objectivity to fresh produce QC across growers, marketing companies, wholesalers and retailers. Customers include tens of leading global marketers such as Dole, Mucci Farms, Zespri, SanLucar and Pink Lady. The company currently employs 25 people globally and plans to scale sales with local offices across North America, Latin America and Europe. Clarifruit intends to hire significantly in R&D to further its AI offerings.

Tando uses multiple sensors and proprietary algorithms to map and navigate indoor spaces, allowing it to fly above or around obstacles. The drones are powered by AI and include a 360-degree camera, heat, motion, and leak sensors. The company holds several patents, including Tile™, its proprietary ceiling dock. Tando has already been deployed by leading enterprises and security monitoring companies. Indoor Robotics was founded in 2018 and is based in Israel with an office in the USA. The recent funding is intended to boost product development and expand intelligent indoor security worldwide.
