    MSICS Pharma develops and manufactures GMP-grade psilocybin and markets a flagship product, MSX-06, intended for integration within medical treatment protocols. The company holds the only Ministry of Health license in Israel and Europe for GMP psilocybin production for medical use. MSICS is conducting Phase II trials for treatment-resistant depression and OCD and is preparing a large multi-center PTSD trial with four Israeli hospitals while awaiting approval to treat 100 PTSD patients. Internal study results have reportedly shown up to 70% full remission in depression in some cases. The company was founded and is led by brothers Roei Zerahia (CEO) and Omer Zerahia (CBO), who previously led Canndoc. MSICS employs about 12 people and plans to use recent funding to expand production, speed its clinical program, and pursue commercial registration and global supply.

Treetscope is led by CEO Dotan Eshet and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. CylusOne installs in a few hours with zero downtime and claims full visibility within seconds. The company announced a $30M Series B and said total funding now exceeds $57M; it did not disclose a post-money valuation. Cylus plans to use the capital to expand globally across North America, Europe and the Asia Pacific and to hire specialists in cybersecurity, traffic management and onboard/trackside systems. The company also intends to strengthen its AI and machine learning capabilities and has announced a strategic partnership with Alstom to protect the Tel-Aviv red line’s signaling and train control systems. Cylus is an Israel-based company founded in 2017 that develops cybersecurity solutions tailored to the railway sector. Its flagship product, CylusOne, is designed for the diversity and complexity of rail and metro environments and protects signalling, control, communications, trackside and onboard systems. CylusOne uses machine learning to speed detection of malware and artificial intelligence to determine behaviour and handle responses. The system is compatible with CBTC and ETCS and is intended for both mainline and urban networks to maximize performance, capacity and availability. The partnership aims to integrate cybersecurity into rail processes and solutions globally and to help drive cyber-resilience standards for mobility. Cylus is a Tel Aviv-based company that develops cybersecurity solutions for railways and metro operators. Karamba has worked with 16 new customers in the past 15 months in the cost-sensitive automotive manufacturing industry. Five months after emerging from stealth, Karamba completed proof-of-concept work with several Tier-1 suppliers and reports strong demand from OEMs and Tier-1 providers; FEV North America is cited as integrating Carwall into its reference platform. The company is actively promoting its Autonomous Security framework at multiple industry events this fall. Karamba Security builds cybersecurity software that is installed on vehicle controllers (ECUs) to lock factory settings and prevent foreign code or banned behaviors from running, thereby blocking access to a car's CAN Bus.
