Sweet Tooth develops eCommerce customer loyalty software that enables merchants to create points programs and deliver online and in-store rewards. The company was launched in 2009 by CEO Jay El-Kaake and is based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Its user-friendly system has been used by over 1,500 merchants to engage and reward more than 15 million consumers worldwide. The product supports both online and in-store reward delivery. Sweet Tooth has raised funding to support its growth, with a recent financing of $2.25m and further capital expected. Backers named in the financing include OMERS Ventures, MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund and Points International.
