Sync
20 Rue Troyon, Sèvres, 92310
Overview
Sync develops Sync2AD, a mobile ad-synchronization technology that recognizes a sound and instantly displays rich media on a second screen to enrich TV and radio commercials. The company was created in July 2015 by Laurant Weill and is based in Sevres, France. More than 25 major advertisers — including Gillette, Canal+, Renault, Nissan, Leclerc, Babyliss, Kiabi, 30M friends, Unilever and Dunlop — have already used the technology. Sync raised €2m in funding and intends to use the proceeds to continue developing Sync2AD. The financing includes participation from Idinvest Partners and Entrepreneur Venture. Idinvest’s Benoist Grossmann will join Sync’s board of directors as part of the deal.
