Synerise develops a cloud-based platform that ingests massive behavioral datasets, applies proprietary artificial intelligence models, and automates personalized marketing, pricing, and customer-experience workflows. Headquartered in Kraków, the company already serves clients in more than 150 markets and employs over 200 people. As of July 2024 it reported a valuation above USD 120 million. Management plans to launch a next-generation behavioral analytics engine and to expand its dedicated Big Data infrastructure.
